These Terms govern your access to and use of the rukn.systems website and the services Rukn Systems ("Rukn", "we", "us") provides. By using the site or engaging us for a project, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Rukn provides software design, development, integration, and cloud operations services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract) signed by both parties. These Terms apply to your use of the website and supplement — but do not replace — any signed engagement.
2. Use of the website
You may access and view the site for lawful, informational purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or use it to violate any applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
The Rukn name, logo, brand, and the content on this site are owned by Rukn Systems and protected by applicable IP laws. Ownership of work product produced under an engagement is governed by that engagement's signed agreement — not by this page.
4. Submissions and communication
If you submit information through the contact form or by email, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant us a limited right to use it to respond to you. Please do not send confidential or regulated information through the contact form before a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it will be complete or current. Pricing, capability claims, and examples are illustrative.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rukn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. Our liability under any signed engagement is governed by that agreement.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The specific governing law for a paid engagement may be specified in that engagement's signed agreement.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
